The sale of digital song files is final and there is no exchange or refund available after purchase.

If you are satisfied with the performance of the downloaded DAP Player and demo segments on your computer system and you would like to purchase the full songs, please proceed to the igtsoft Purchase page (payment pages). Piano Performances is owned by and operated under the igtsoft business.

In the payment pages, it is very important that you supply your name and email address to correspond with the information that you entered via the DAP Player Sign Up process as described in Setup. Your name is used to associate with your Sign Up profile while your email address is used to send you download instructions for the purchased songs.

Payment is conducted using accepted credit cards listed in the payment pages which require a browser with at least 128-bit encryption support.

Upon payment completion, you will be sent an email containing your Access Code along with instructions for downloading the purchased song files using the Customer page.

An email containing your access code is typically sent to you within one day, however, please allow up to two days for order processing. igtsoft appreciates your patience in awaiting order fulfillment.

The download file is in a compressed format to alleviate download times. The actual download time depends on your connection speed. For example, one Mbyte (million bytes) of data can be downloaded in 5.4 seconds with a 1.5 Mbps (million bits per second) connection while a 56 Kbps (thousand bits per second) connection will yield a download time of 2.5 minutes for the Mbyte of data.

The downloaded file is a self-extracting DAP file (.exe) which, when executed, will produce a significantly larger DAP song file (.dap) to be stored on your hard disk.
